Before you write

This is a conversion tool, not a support desk with a ticketing system: there’s no account to look up and no case number to reference. If a PDF didn’t convert the way you expected, telling us what kind of document it was (a scanned PDF, a multi-column layout, a form) is the most useful thing you can include.

Good reasons to get in touch

• A PDF produced garbled text or lost its paragraph breaks
• Something on the page is broken or behaving oddly
• A suggestion for what this tool should do next
